The Christian Olatunji Charity Brand Foundation has introduced a new business grant programme to support small business owners across Nigeria. The programme will provide financial assistance to 50 micro and small enterprises, with each beneficiary receiving between ₦100,000 and ₦200,000.

The Foundation said the grant is aimed at helping small businesses manage daily operating costs, restock goods, purchase basic equipment, or improve their business stability during the current economic challenges.

Purpose of the Grant Programme

Small businesses play a major role in Nigeria’s economy, but many struggle due to limited access to funding. According to the Foundation, this grant is designed to provide practical support at the grassroots level, where even a small amount of capital can make a meaningful difference.

The grant is non-repayable and is intended to help business owners maintain operations, improve productivity, and support income generation.

Who Can Apply

The programme is open to small business owners operating in Nigeria. This includes traders, artisans, service providers, and other micro-entrepreneurs with active businesses.

To apply, interested applicants are expected to:

  • Watch the official announcement video released by the Foundation

  • Follow and engage the Foundation’s official social media page @officialchristian_olatunji

  • Clearly explain the nature of their business

  • Describe how a grant of ₦100,000 to ₦200,000 would help improve their business

  • Provide simple and verifiable proof that the business is currently operating

The Foundation advised applicants to provide honest and clear information to support their applications.

Selection Process

Beneficiaries will be selected based on demonstrated business need, clarity of application, and the potential impact of the grant on the business. The Foundation stated that the selection process will focus on fairness and transparency.

Only applicants whose submissions meet the stated requirements will be considered.

Foundation’s Ongoing Work

The Christian Olatunji Charity Brand Foundation is known for its focus on economic empowerment, youth development, and community support. The business grant programme is part of its ongoing efforts to support small businesses and promote sustainable livelihoods.

The Foundation believes that strengthening small businesses contributes to job creation and community development.

Support and Partnerships

The Foundation also invited members of the public and corporate organisations to support the programme. Additional support could help increase the number of beneficiaries or expand the scope of the grant.

Interested partners are encouraged to contact the Foundation for collaboration opportunities.
